Calculations include estimate that current agent is taking 12.5% commission on all maintenance invoices and with average expenditure equal to one months rent per year to include mark up on all regulatory checks and longer term larger works (a mark up most other letting agents apply but a hidden profit not taken by One Property Management). She has over 20 years of experience in the property management sector and a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
